Introduction

Introduce yourself and your intention to gather support and ideas on the issue you are undertaking.

Issue and Agitation

What are the facts? What are the people you’re talking to concerned about? What will move them to action?

Vision and Education

Share what has moved you to take action on this issue. Share your vision of solving this problem with the community, and what can be done together.

Discovering Assets

What relevant experiences, skills, or wisdom do they have? What would they like to offer to the movement?

Inviting Commitment

Are they ready to sign and talk to others?
